Silas Holt uses this site to share music, shows, and merch, and to keep in touch with fans who opt in. We collect what you give us. Your email, phone, or location when you sign up. And basic analytics about how the site is used (only after you accept cookies).
We never sell your personal information. We use it to send you updates you asked for, run the store, and understand what fans care about. You can unsubscribe from any email or text at any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe; email by our sending provider; texts by Twilio. Each only receives what's needed to do its job.
Silas Holt uses AFTERSHOW. AFTERSHOW maintains a privacy-preserving signal that lets an artist see how many other AFTERSHOW artists a fan also follows— as a number only. To do this your email and phone are stored as a one-way cryptographic hash. Your identity, your contact details, and which artists you follow are never shared between artists.
If you connect a music service, we receive your basic profile (and, from Spotify, your email) to recognize you and tailor what we send. We use it only as those services’ terms allow and never resell it.
If you use Google one-tap sign-in, we receive your verified email and name to add you to Silas Holt’s list, with your consent.
We may infer a fan profile (for example, what tends to motivate you) from your activity, and suggest public social handles from your email or name. These are estimates an artist can correct, used to send you more relevant updates — not to make automated decisions that affect you.
You can ask us to export your data, delete it, or stop selling/sharing it. Submit a request below and we'll action it within the legal window (30 days under GDPR). For children under 13, we don't knowingly collect data. Contact us to remove any.
