How Default ships your order, powered by HARD TICKET.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment; orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Print-on-demand and made-to-order items have longer, variable processing times (see below).
Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on destination and, where applicable, item weight/size. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within the estimate shown at checkout after processing. International delivery times vary widely by destination and customs processing and are not guaranteed; available destinations are shown at checkout.
For international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are separate from, and not included in, the amount you pay at checkout unless expressly stated. If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import charges and the package is returned or destroyed, any refund will exclude outbound shipping and duties already incurred.
Where available, a tracking number is provided when your order ships. Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit and delivery are subject to the carrier. If a package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but not received, contact Default and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. We will assist with lost-package claims and replace or refund items lost in transit before delivery where the carrier confirms loss or as law requires.
Certain items are produced on demand and are printed, manufactured, and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider (such as Printful or Printify), not by Default directly. For these items: production time is additional to shipping (typically 2-7 business days before shipping); items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately and arrive at different times with separate tracking; minor variation in print placement, color, and finish is inherent and not a defect; and they are made to order and non-returnable except when misprinted, damaged, or defective. Default remains your point of contact and the seller of record.
